The 2009 Ozark Health Fair was at the Ramada Convention
Center in Mountain Home.
The event was attended by residents throughout the Twin Lakes Area. Area physicians, clinics and businesses provided educational seminars, free health screenings, and tests as well as informational booths. Sponsors provided giveaways as well as door prizes including the grand prize of a Dell notebook computer. |
